welcome
to arts in the peak Arts in
the Peak is an artist led organisation promoting art and artists in and
around the Peak District. It runs a range of services for members including a
monthly newsletter, advocacy on boards and committees, networking
opportunities and exposure on these webpages. In
addition, Arts in the Peak runs a variety of projects for artists and the
Peak District community. Current projects include Companion Stones, which is
working with poets and artists to create compeers to the Derbyshire Guide
Stoops, and promoting its second poet laureate of the Peak, Ann Atkinson. Membership
of Arts in the Peak is open to professional artists living or working in and
around the Peak District. |
