Artist's Statement:
Moira Clinch is a Teacher and Potter, working in Adult Community Education and Family Learning, as well as being involved in freelance community projects – currently with the elderly and some school programmes. Her own recent work includes a range of commemorative items inspired by early English Slipware ceramics - miniature cradles, plates, christening cones and money boxes all available through her website. These are made to order, personalised with individual names and dates. She also makes textured stoneware vessels for flowers and garden plants.
